This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
We are a small California based independent business, in order to offer this type of higher end product, we must work with manufacturers who create on-demand products and drop-ship them for us.
The manufacturing partner I am using for our hoodies is called "Printful", they are a USA based on-demand manufacturing company with fast turn around time. When I first began working with them all their manufacturing was based in the LA area, they then expanded with a new facility in North Carolina, however when the pandemic hit, in order to keep up with the rise in demand from online shoppers, they opened facilities in both Mexico and Latvia.
Also note, because these are manufactured and shipped directly to the customer from either LA, North Carolina, Mexico or Latvia (Printful tries to manufacture the product at the facility closest to the customer, but its not a guarantee), and we are in the middle of a pandemic, the normal shipping times cannot be guaranteed. The only thing I can guarantee, is that if you are getting worried about things not arriving in a timely fashion, please feel free to contact me, I will check on the status, I will see where its at, and personally make sure you receive your order!
